How long does production take?

Each piece is created upon order.

Production may take up to 72 hours to ensure care, clarity, and quality.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 9–16 days from the time they are placed.

Some pieces may arrive sooner, others may take slightly longer — depending on production and transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

ONTO currently ships within the United States only.

Will my items arrive together if I order multiple pieces?

Orders containing both prints and apparel may arrive separately.

We do our best to ensure that all prints arrive together and all apparel arrives together whenever possible.

Since all Onto pieces are made just for you, we don’t accept general returns. But if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or wrong print, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Send your order number and photos of the issue.

If it’s our mistake, we’ll replace it or refund you — no need to send it back.

Ordered the wrong size or color?

Because items are custom-made, we can’t offer refunds for wrong size or color selections.

However, we’re happy to offer a one-time discount on a replacement item to help you get the right fit.

  • Hygiene items (underwear, swimwear, socks, masks) are final sale

ONTO prints are produced on museum-quality fine art paper, Hahnemühle German etching, selected for texture, weight, and clarity.

What printing process do you use?

We use professional giclée printing, allowing for precise detail, smooth gradients, and depth in every piece.

Are your prints archival and fade-resistant?

Our prints are made using archival, fade-resistant inks, designed to last for years when cared for properly.

Do prints come framed or unframed?

All prints arrive unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that best fits your space and intention.

Will the colors look exactly like they do online?

How should I care for my print?

  • Handle with clean, dry hands
  • Frame behind glass or acrylic
  • Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity

Can I resize or customize a print?

At this time, prints are offered only in the sizes listed.

What materials are used for your clothing?

Each garment is unique.

How do I care for ONTO apparel?

Care instructions are listed with each garment.

We recommend gentle washing and mindful handling to preserve form and texture.

Here are some typical recommendations:

  • Machine wash at 30°C (gentle cycle)
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low
  • Iron at low temperature, avoid ironing on print
  • Do not dry clean

Will you be releasing new objects or items?
